Gallstone Right Leg Pain




Here is a small smoothie very easy to make and very healthy! This idea came from the Fruit of Paradise, which serves a dessert made of kiwifruit exclusively and it was a real treat.


A Few Easy Steps ...


Peel and cut into chunks two apples granny and four kiwis. Put in the blender and add ice cubes in significant quantity. Add a tablespoon of brown sugar and fresh mint leaves in large quantity.


Mix and ready!
