Sorority Letter Of Recommendation




According to the latest It Tabl e, which has just been released after two long months of waiting .. there are two fruits / vegetables characteristics of May: rhubarb and chard (chard or by region). This falls very well because they were both in my last basket tousprimeurs.com . Having a little time, so I started doing the rhubarb compote ... what a treat!



You Will Need ...

rhubarb 500g (without the leaves are toxic)
60g white sugar 1 vanilla pod
a golden apple

Compote ...

First peel the stalks of rhubarb. Cut into small sections of 2 / 3 cm.

In a saucepan, put the rhubarb and add half a glass of water. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes with a lid.

Then remove the lid, reduce heat, add the split vanilla bean and apple cut into pieces and cook for 45 minutes / 1 hour so the sauce s'épaissise.

Ready!
